White-label by design
Scanest is configured around your operation. Your car inspection center can choose its own style, layout, logo, names, terminology and complete inspection system. These sample reports show possibilities; they are not fixed templates you have to accept.
Use your center name, logo, colors, branch details, contact information and inspector signatures.
Choose sections, checkpoints, good / attention / damaged states, scoring, grading and recommendation rules.
Control the cover, page order, photos, diagrams, measurements, notes, disclaimers, language and units.
Match your intake, assignment, approval, branch, role and delivery workflow instead of changing how your team works.
One inspection record
Attach exported diagnostic reports, PDFs or images from Autel and LAUNCH equipment—and from other workshop systems commonly used in Europe and the United States. The original device result stays linked to the vehicle, inspection and final report.
Attachment compatibility depends on the export formats available from each device; this does not imply a native integration with every brand.
Autel MaxiSYS · LAUNCH X-431 · TOPDON Phoenix · Snap-on ZEUS / TRITON
Bosch KTS with ESI[tronic] · TEXA NAVIGATOR with IDC6 · Hella Gutmann mega macs X
Hunter inspection and alignment systems · MAHA brake, suspension and emissions test lanes
Protected delivery
In deployed environments, report records and file references can live in managed database or object storage rather than public folders.
Download buttons use an allowlisted report identifier and a protected endpoint; visitors never submit arbitrary file paths.
The sample endpoint limits repeated requests, returns retry guidance and applies defensive content and cache headers.
A better final document
A useful vehicle inspection report should identify the vehicle and inspection, explain the condition of each checked system, separate acceptable items from issues needing attention, and support findings with measurements, notes and photos. For a pre-purchase inspection, it should help the buyer understand current condition and recommended next actions without turning technical evidence into noise.
Scanest can turn that workflow into a branded digital record: VIN and customer details, configurable checklists, body and mechanical findings, diagnostic attachments, signatures, QR verification and a downloadable PDF—all structured around the inspection center’s own process.
