White-label by design

Your center should not look like everyone else.

Scanest is configured around your operation. Your car inspection center can choose its own style, layout, logo, names, terminology and complete inspection system. These sample reports show possibilities; they are not fixed templates you have to accept.

Your brand on every customer-facing page
01

Your identity

Use your center name, logo, colors, branch details, contact information and inspector signatures.

02

Your inspection logic

Choose sections, checkpoints, good / attention / damaged states, scoring, grading and recommendation rules.

03

Your report structure

Control the cover, page order, photos, diagrams, measurements, notes, disclaimers, language and units.

04

Your operating system

Match your intake, assignment, approval, branch, role and delivery workflow instead of changing how your team works.

One inspection record

Keep device evidence with the report.

Attach exported diagnostic reports, PDFs or images from Autel and LAUNCH equipment—and from other workshop systems commonly used in Europe and the United States. The original device result stays linked to the vehicle, inspection and final report.

Attachment compatibility depends on the export formats available from each device; this does not imply a native integration with every brand.

01

Global workshop diagnostics

Autel MaxiSYS · LAUNCH X-431 · TOPDON Phoenix · Snap-on ZEUS / TRITON

02

Common across European workshops

Bosch KTS with ESI[tronic] · TEXA NAVIGATOR with IDC6 · Hella Gutmann mega macs X

03

Inspection-lane & measurement equipment

Hunter inspection and alignment systems · MAHA brake, suspension and emissions test lanes

Protected delivery

Stored centrally. Downloaded securely.

DB

Server-side storage

In deployed environments, report records and file references can live in managed database or object storage rather than public folders.

API

Controlled PDF delivery

Download buttons use an allowlisted report identifier and a protected endpoint; visitors never submit arbitrary file paths.

08

Rate-limited downloads

The sample endpoint limits repeated requests, returns retry guidance and applies defensive content and cache headers.

A better final document

What should a vehicle inspection report include?

A useful vehicle inspection report should identify the vehicle and inspection, explain the condition of each checked system, separate acceptable items from issues needing attention, and support findings with measurements, notes and photos. For a pre-purchase inspection, it should help the buyer understand current condition and recommended next actions without turning technical evidence into noise.

Scanest can turn that workflow into a branded digital record: VIN and customer details, configurable checklists, body and mechanical findings, diagnostic attachments, signatures, QR verification and a downloadable PDF—all structured around the inspection center’s own process.

Questions, answered

Sample report FAQ.

Can I download these vehicle inspection report samples as PDFs?

Yes. Each preview has a PDF download button. The files are examples of possible layouts and are provided to help inspection centers compare report structures.

Can our inspection center use its own logo and report design?

Yes. Scanest reports can be configured around your center name, logo, colors, layout, inspection sections, scoring rules, terminology, languages, branches and approval process.

Can a diagnostic scan report be attached to the inspection?

Yes. Exported PDF or image reports from workshop equipment can be attached to the vehicle record, subject to the output formats supported by the device. This keeps diagnostic evidence with the inspection and final report history.

Are these templates the only report formats available?

No. These are examples only. The final design and content can be tailored to your inspection center, market, services and internal workflow.

How are report downloads protected?

Downloads use allowlisted report identifiers, rate limiting and protected server endpoints. In a deployed environment, report files can be retrieved from managed database or object storage instead of exposed public file paths.
